What to Expect in an LPN Entrance Exam? Those who want to enroll in a license practical nursing program is required to take the school’s LPN entrance exam. The test is formatted after a grade 12 education covering Mathematics, Science, and Vocabulary. To take the exam, you have to submit a completed application form and a recent ID photo once you are on the testing site. Talking to anyone other than to the testing staff and proctor during the test is not allowed
